The Simeon side tables, handcrafted from limewood, draw inspiration from the patterns on the columns of St. Simeon Monastery in Hatay, one of Turkey's oldest monasteries. Built in the 5th century AD, the monastery is known as the place where St. Simeon lived atop a column to demonstrate his faith. As a significant figure in Christian history, St. Simeon became a symbol of devotion and spirituality through his years atop the column. This unique story is brought to life in the minimalist design of the Simeon side tables.
